Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung des Online-Mathematik-Brückenkurses (im Folgenden „OMB+"). Sie gelten für alle Personen, die den Kurs aufrufen oder nutzen.
Dieser Online-Kurs kann von Schülern und Schülerinnen, Studierenden und Privatpersonen kostenlos zum Selbststudium genutzt werden. Der Kurs darf von Lehrpersonal öffentlicher oder staatlich geförderter Schulen Schülern und Schülerinnen empfohlen und als Lernmaterial genutzt werden. Für die Nutzung durch alle anderen Organisationen wie z.B. durch Hochschulen oder private nichtstaatlich geförderte Lerneinrichtungen ist eine Vereinbarung mit dem OMB+-Konsortium erforderlich. Zur Nutzung zählt unter anderem eine Empfehlung für angehende Studierende als Brückenkurs zur Vorbereitung auf ein Studium oder auch die Verwendung als reguläres oder ergänzendes Lehr- oder Lernmittel im Rahmen von Kursen oder Prüfungen. Bei der Registrierung beim OMB+ werden Sie aufgefordert, diese Nutzungsbedingungen zu akzeptieren. Ohne Zustimmung ist die Nutzung des OMB+ nicht möglich. Mit Zustimmung zu den Nutzungsbedingungen erkennen Sie sie in vollem Umfang an. Diese Zustimmung ist jederzeit frei widerrufbar durch eine schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber der OMB+-Administration. These Terms of Use govern the use of the Online Mathematics Bridge Course (hereinafter referred to as "OMB+"). They apply to all persons who access or use the course.
This online course can be used free of charge by pupils, students and private individuals for self-study. Teaching staff at public or state-funded schools are permitted to recommend this course to pupils and use it as learning material. For use by all other organisations, such as universities or private non-state-funded educational institutions, an agreement with the OMB+ consortium is required. Usage includes, among other things, recommending the course to prospective students as a bridging course in preparation for their studies, or using it as a regular or supplementary teaching or learning resource in the context of courses or examinations. Les présentes conditions d'utilisation régissent l'utilisation du cours en ligne de mathématiques (ci-après dénommé « OMB+ »). Elles s'appliquent à toutes les personnes qui accèdent au cours ou l'utilisent.
Ce cours en ligne peut être utilisé gratuitement en autoformation par les élèves, les étudiants et les particuliers. Le personnel enseignant des établissements publics ou financés par l'État est autorisé à recommander ce cours à leurs élèves et à l'utiliser comme matériel pédagogique. Toute utilisation par d'autres organisations, telles que des universités ou des établissements d'enseignement privés non financés par l'État, nécessite la conclusion d'un accord avec le consortium OMB+.
